When the sun goes down, and the Orlando vacation has just begun, are the young ones up to the challenge? Leave the fun to us! Kid’s Nite Out provides in-room childcare at many Orlando area hotels and resorts and is the preferred childcare provider of the Walt Disney World Resort and Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando.

This invaluable service gives you the flexibility to create your own hours on vacation. Our professional caregivers provide one-on-one childcare in the comfort of your hotel or resort room. Whether you’re off to a meeting, out to dinner, playing golf, or getting a massage, you can enjoy peace of mind when leaving your child in the care of our staff.

Kid’s Nite Out is not just a babysitting service! We can provide a fun, well-trained caregiver to accompany your family to area attractions if you need a mother’s or father’s helper.

We care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We also care for children with special needs. (please call for details)

Our professional caregivers will arrive at your hotel or resort room wearing our signature purple polo shirt with the Kid’s Nite Out logo embroidered on the left side. They will also be wearing a Kid’s Nite Out nametag and identification badge. Our professional caregivers arrive prepared with age-appropriate toys, activities, books, games, and arts & crafts.

The Fine Print
*All rates are hourly based. Four (4) hour minimum charge. Caregiver transportation fee is $10.00. Reservations that begin after 8:59pm require an additional $2.00 per hour premium. Cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice. Advance reservations are required. Holidays and special events require an additional premium. Rates are subject to change. Payment is by credit card only. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

In-Room Caregiver Qualifications
Our professional caregivers:

are at least 18 years of age
are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid
are trained by Kid’s Nite Out & must complete Walt Disney World “Traditions”
have previous childcare or teaching experience
are thoroughly interviewed, screened, references are checked,
and criminal background checks are performed
Many of our professional caregivers possess advanced training,
a state teaching certificate or a CDA certificate.

Additional Information
Water activities are not permitted. (bathing, boating, swimming)

When traveling to a theme park with a caregiver, transportation cannot be by private vehicle. Shuttle, chartered transportation, taxi, or Walt Disney World transportation service is acceptable.

Please be aware that theme parks do not allow our caregivers admittance for free. A mother’s or father’s helper will need a theme park ticket purchased for their admittance.

Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations may begin as early as 6:30am and/or may begin as late as 11:00pm. There is no limit to the number of hours that you may utilize the services of a caregiver. (During the Walt Disney World Marathon in January, reservations may be booked as early as 3:00am.)

If a caregiver is needed for an eight (8) hour shift or more, we request that a meal be provided for the caregiver.

We accept credit card as the only form of payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for your convenience.

Our caregivers are able to accept a gratuity in cash if you feel that you were extended exemplary service.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour notice. Please make sure that you speak to a live person when you cancel a reservation.
