Weddings
No wedding is complete without an area for the little ones. Guests
can relax and enjoy a fancy dinner and reception while the children
are treated to a party designed just for them! Mom & Dad can
dance the night away knowing that the children are having a fabulous
time of their own!
Kid’s Nite Out is the preferred provider of childcare at
the Walt Disney World Resort. We frequently work with the wedding
planners at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to provide children’s
parties for guests who are married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion.
Children's Conventions
Convention and trade show delegates agree that Kid’s Nite
Out provides quality childcare at an affordable price. When planning
your next meeting in Orlando (or elsewhere), why not offer a package
that the whole family can enjoy? Our children’s conventions
are specifically designed group parties that can be tailored to
match your organization’s needs. Children are provided with
a variety of hands-on activities, interactive games, exciting toys,
and creative art projects to keep them entertained for hours.
Kid’s Nite Out has a professional team of convention managers
who will create and implement a customized, safe, and stress-free
children’s program in a ballroom, meeting room, or even outdoors!
Utilizing our many years of childcare experience, our professional
staff is well prepared to have fun with children of all ages. We
plan and implement children’s conventions and parties for
10 to 1,000 children!
Our convention managers are willing to attend any pre-convention
meetings or site inspections to ensure a successful event. We will
work hand-in-hand with your meeting planner, convention coordinator,
or trade-show staff.
Staff Qualifications
Our professional caregivers:
- are at least 18 years of age
- are certified in child/infant
CPR and basic first aid
- are trained by Kid’s Nite Out & must
complete Walt Disney World “Traditions”
- have previous
childcare or teaching experience
- are thoroughly interviewed,
screened, references are checked,
and criminal background checks
are
performed
- Many of our professional caregivers possess advanced
training,
a state teaching certificate or a CDA certificate.
Our professional
caregivers will arrive at your children’s
convention or party wearing our signature purple polo shirt with
the Kid’s Nite Out logo embroidered on the left side. They
will also be wearing a Kid’s Nite Out nametag and identification
badge.
